CH-53E Super Stallion

The CH-53E Super Stallion is follow-on for its ancestor, the CH-53D. improvement includes the additional of a the 3rd engine to provide the aircraft the capability to raise the majority of the Fleet Marine Force's equipment, a twin point cargo hook system, improved main rotor blades, and composite tail rotor blades. A dual digital automatic flight control system and engine anti-ice system give the aircraft an all-weather capability. The helicopter could accumulate 37 seats passengers for a normal configuration and has requirements to carry 55 passengers with center line seats installed. Through the dual point hook systems, it can take external loads at improved air speeds due to the firmness achieve with the dual point system.



The CH-53E Super Stallion could Transport of heavy equipment and goods during the ship-to-shore movement of an amphibious assault and throughout subsequent operations ashore.
